Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Orders are generally processed within one business day. We offer the following shipping methods:

  • First Class Mail - First class mail service via the U.S. Postal Service (domestic or international air mail).
  • Download - Save on shipping by downloading your software from our web site. If you created an account for the online store, your license information will be available immediately upon receipt of your payment (log in, then go to the order details page). We will also send your license information in an e-mail titled, "Radium Technologies Store - Your Order Has Been Completed," within one business day after you place your order. 
  • FedEx Priority Overnight - Overnight service via Federal Express.
  • FedEx 2-Day - Second day service via Federal Express.

 

Return Policy

If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 60 days of the original purchase date for a full refund less any shipping costs. Contact us at customerassistance@radiumtechnologies.com for return notification and instructions.

Please keep the following return policies in mind: (i) all items must be returned in new, resaleable condition, (ii) shipping and handling charges are not refundable, (iii) we do not cover postage expense on returned items, and, (iv) discounts received on your order will be reversed if the order would not have qualified for the discount without the purchase of the returned item(s).

 

Missing Or Refused Shipments

Please allow at least two weeks for your package to arrive before reporting it missing, and even more time if the delivery address is an APO/FPO address or outside of the United States. Please contact our Customer Support Team at customerassistance@radiumtechnologies.com if you believe your package is missing and we will instruct you as to the next steps.

Shipments that are refused by you (the purchaser) for any reason will be charged all shipping costs incurred in the transaction.
